Fresh installs were failing due to issues with cdk version dependency. Dependencies and description of the project has been updated.

First Release of EC2 Spot Placement Score Tracker. The project provides a CDK setup to drive the installation. The architecture runs an event every 5 minutes to read a YAML configuration file stored in S3 (as part of the CDK setup). The YALM configuration file describes a set of CloudWatch Dashboards that will get created and a set of API calls to Spot Placement Score Configurations that will be tracked.
