@enl1104 Thankyou for responding, this is not EKS Blueprints. This is related to Dynatrace ISV software submitted for EKS SRP program for validating on EKS/EKS Anywhere. We dont see the functional testjob like other partners have submitted. I remember reaching out to via AWS Developers slack. Please ping me or @mikemcd3912 on AWS developers slack channel, we can definately setup time to talk.

Hi @enl1104, Just in case you hadn't seen the AWS Developers slack communication I wanted to leave a comment here as well - Do you have any updates on the timeline for the functional testing? As Ela mentioned previously we will need to remove the Dynatrace Addon at the end of the month until that functional testing is brought into compliance with our new requirements unless we see some movement on the update

@mikemcd3912 and @elamaran11 , I'm handling this one for Erick as I issued many of the commits wrapping things up last time. I am also on the AWS Developers slack if you would like to take this to DM.

We can not replicate our end-to-end test suite within the capabilities available here as much of this is already done to determine pod ready status. I'm curious what would be a minimum viable check... I can grep for additional information in pod logs that represent pod connections to the external dynatrace environment once the dynakube cr is deployed?

@akirasoft1 Pod Ready status or service checks wont qualify for functional test, though you dont need to demonstrate entire test suite we need a minimal test that can demonstrate functionality of dynatrace. Please check our Functional Job Requirements for MVP for your functional test job. Please check in our Testers examples from our Partners for a functional test job. Please work with @mikemcd3912 for more questions in Developers slack or over call.

to those following this issue, I had an offline discussion with the AWS team and we came to the conclusion that validating agent connectivity via checking for log entries on the oneagent pods would be an acceptable validation step. I hope to have this implemented ASAP.
