New version, 2024.10 was released.

Update templates for the latest version.

Create new templates that separate the demo stack into bi-only and res-only.

I've had multiple instances where RES or keycloak failed and I had to start from scratch.
Change the way I'm deploying to deploy bi-only to create vpc and ad once.
Then I can deploy RES multiple times with the same VPC, file systems, and AD.

Create separate BI templates and RES-only templates.

Change default keycloak instance type from t3.micro to c7a.medium.

Resolves #275
