Summary

Changes

This PR recreates the requirements.txt file for the mkdocs container. This update is important for anyone who wants to run the documentation in a container environment.

Changes made:

  • Regenerated the requirements.txt file with the latest pinned dependencies
  • Ensured all necessary packages for mkdocs are included
