Add support for Serverless v2 autoscaling

Is your feature request related to a problem you are currently experiencing? If so, please describe.

As this module is integrated to a new EKS blueprint pattern via this PR. We would like to use Serverless v2 autoscaling to save on cost when testing

Additional context

The feature should be opt in for users of the module
