Kind of related to the issue you have created earlier, but I think we need to tackle it now or else I'm afraid we simply miss majority of announcements.

First piece upstream is libp2p/rust-libp2p#3468, but it uncovered another thing that we already knew about, but hoped we can get by without.

Stream reuse is in a good shape (IMHO) to merge upstream: libp2p/rust-libp2p#3474

Will try to combine those two in a fork now (had some issues at first) and start testing with Subspace.
