DXCDT-271: Fix generated docs

🔧 Changes

The --json flag was initially set to be a persistent global flag in order to make it available to all the commands. However certain commands weren't making use of this flag and rendering the flag as available for those commands was causing confusion.

Trying to hide the flag through:

cmd.SetHelpFunc(func(cmd *cobra.Command, args []string) {
		_ = cmd.Flags().MarkHidden("json")
		cmd.Parent().HelpFunc()(cmd, args)
	})

was working when invoking the command but it was still getting rendered in the generated docs.

Because all flags are pointers it wasn't possible to also mark a persistent global flag as hidden just for a subcommand, as that would flag it as hidden for all the commands.

Considering that there are quite a substantial number of commands that don't make use of the json flag it seemed flawed to set this flag as a global persistent flag, so instead we register it within every command that makes use of it.
