This is a first approach of a homepage autogenerated from the CLI documentation markdown files.
Additionally,
make build-docis ready in case we decide to automate the generation of the docs, and therefore the update of the documentation homepage.Eventually, this project will have a rich website with non-autogenerated content which can point to this autogenerated content for the /doc/ section.
TODO: update the repo settings > pages to point to main once this PR is merged.
