why do I keep getting this error, Its new?
Any pointers please.

why do I keep getting this error, Its new?

No, it's old.

You installed netbox-dns, which is an old, unsupported and obsolete version of NetBox DNS that doesn't have any maintainers anymore and will never be fixed.

pip uninstall netbox-dns
pip install netbox-plugin-dns

After this, the error will be gone.
