A bit late to the party, but there has been a major teal update (0.24) the last time. Thus, some things needed to be updated.

Moving the lua files before running cyan (the new teal build system) is necessary because cyan otherwise tries to interpret the .lua files as .tl files (despite a .d.tl file being present) which obviously fails.
