Almost releasing on CTAN.

Will include a breaking change regarding the memoize_opt parameter -> memoize-opt for consistency.

Reached this milestone everything is ready for CTAN

• codebase is refactored
• (unit)tests are present
• code contains nice comments
• config-file as well as cli arguments are possible
• rewritten documentation

still after the refactoring, I want to use this productively for some time before releasing on CTAN.
