Not sure if this project is ready for ctan but at some point in time, we should fully (more publicly than silently on github) release it.

It would be nice to wait for a response on minoki/cluttex#17 (comment) first.
Also at the moment I'm not sure if this project isn't still too close to the upstream cluttex. The only new features are support for memoize, sagetex and the glossaries option.

With all the enhancements #14, #15, #16, #17, #18 I think there is enough contribution/deviation to publish this on ctan ourself (not just a duplicate of cluttex effectively)

I know that not everyone likes Standard ML syntax, and a fork is perfectly acceptable. I hope your fork goes well.
