Next: add headers from delta file
- renamed formatter from delta-file to diff-file - added test to ensure correct diff file export - moved tmp file to config

I needed a delta between two gigantic CSV files for a project, your tool helped me a lot. As a thank you, I would like to play back the resulting customization and the new format, if you are interested.
This PR provides a a new delta formatter
diff-file.The following changes are included in the PR:
diff-filethat creates a delta/diff CSV file between the base and delta files. The CSV file contains the headers of the delta file, as well as all additions and current modifications.Could also be related to Issue #19
