Because cv2.imread can't support Non-ASCII character(e.g.,Chinese), use numpy and cv2.imdecode instead.

Hello! Thanks for your awesome work. It's really useful. Here is something I hope to be improved.
Because cv2.imread can't support Non-ASCII character(e.g.,Chinese), use numpy and cv2.imdecode instead. Then locateOnScreen(img) can support Non-ASCII character(e.g.,Chinese).
