(note this came in well after the Cycle 4 deadline so is not a cycle 4 proposal, the finance committee will definitely consider it once the cycle 4 process is complete though!) |

I think this fell through the cracks and both of these events have already passed. Sorry @ivastar ! Please re-submit if you'd like us to consider this for the next SACNAS and NSBP meetings. |
