RomFS Edition

In this release, the romfs will be properly sized. Note that fonts still bigger than about 1.5 megabytes still won't work due to the system just not being able to load them.

xorpad release: hotfix edition

Adds support for encrypting NCCH using xorpads. This removes the need to encrypt NCCH using D9.

Initial release of font tool. This allows for taking font files made with the CTR SDK and turning them into CIA files that can be installed after their NCCH Header has been encrypted.

Make backups before installing ANY CIAs made using this tool!
