* added a function for plotting event horizons * added Johannsen-Psaltis metric * minimal docstring for JP metric * updated docs with new metric and examples * bump version

Added the Johannsen Psaltis (2011) metric, and event horizon utility functions, including checks for naked singularities.
Included more examples, and also used switched to using
@exampleas part of the smoke-test effort.
