Bump espressif example #35

Updated the repository based on the Espressif BT HID example, and fixed some minor / major problems:

Changed HID report structure and GATT stuff to place the keyboard report before the mouse report, closing iOS: Assistive Touch & Switch interface #34
In general, with all the adaptions, the project runs now on all major PC and mobile OS, closing Win 10/iOS #29
Removed unused stuff from master branch, which we will not use in near future.
Updated README for clarification of the API and notes on this project
Updated README with a compatibility list of devices we test this project with (currently 10 different HW/SW combinations)
