Slack Bot First Version

This is the First Version of Slack Bot. I have implemented most of the features with the help of StdLib and Slack Applications.It is just a simple Bot for making a business around bot for daily to daily activities.
We are using Slack Team, 1 Command Line Terminal, and less than 9 minutes for making this dream accomplished.
