USA PI Decode plugin for FM Web Server

Install Instructions:

• Download code from here
• Extract Zip file.
• Move the "USA_PICODES.csv" into the web folder in your webserver
• Open the plugins folder from the extracted download.
• Move the pidecodeplugin.js file and PiDecode folder into the webserver plugins folder.'
• Apply the plugin in webserver settings
