Reprojection tests are all failing - M1 mac issue?
Consolidate all notebook output files into one subdirectory.
@Theodore-Chatziioannou had problems with gdal > 3.6 on Windows.
GLPK is available on conda forge for all platforms, CBC isn't (yet).

Reprojection tests are all failing as everything has moved O(~1m) on going from lat/lon to x/y - M1 mac issue? New pyproj/geoapandas/gdal/fiona version issue? Hoping CI will shed some light.
