This PR fixes issue #994.

Current issues

None

Code changes

  • Fix raw output stream problem in gldcore/output.cpp and all files that use output_raw().
  • Add support for json output to --libinfo option in gldcore/{cmdarg,module}.cpp
  • Add support for json and bibtex output to --cite option in gldcore/{cmdarg,module}.cpp

Documentation changes

Test and Validation Notes

The output of these commands can be tested using gridlabd --libinfo=FORMAT and gridlabd --cite=FORMAT.
