We need to see what an OpenACC version would look like using the step-1 approach.

We asked Jeremy and Jon from NVIDIA if they would be able to create an OpenACC step-1 version for us. Jeremy has kindly done this for us so I am going to add this on this branch.

Added code. I put it in an openacc subdirectory but did not touch the original code as a separate branch (adding openmp) moves the original sequential code into a subdirectory.
