Add a service and ingress to allow access to the scheduler ingester profiling port.
The scheduler ingester doesn't currently expose any services, which means that hostname/cluster-issuer are not specified for it. Therefore add these to the profiling config. For consistently, also make the scheduler take these from the profiling config.
