Cosmetic Minimods
Images speak louder than words.
You can always assume these are compatible with the latest HPM version. Square Frame mods are compatible with map mods, so you can use both together. None of these should change your checksum, though AFP might.
"Fixed" versions were updates I made to eliminate non-existing lakes, because of recent map changes.
Big Square Frames is a mod with a simple objective: make the round frames from Victoria 2 big and square. Almost all of them end up square - just the ones in the "Show Great Powers" diplomatic tab that are still round.

Square Shaded Flag Frames is pretty similar to the mod above, with a cleaner shading which perhaps lets you see the flag in better detail (and a few positioning fixes and fixes to the production tab flags).
Map mods usually replace the overlay of the map, removing that "folded paper" style for something else. Cool Map mod is one of the oldest ones, not that age changes anything about it. It also changes some fonts, by the way.

The download has 6 options for you to pick from - the gallery includes the examples images that come with the compressed files. Keep in mind that you need to move the .mod file and folder from the option you like to your Victoria 2/mod folder.

Most of the flags in the AFP are already in HPM, with the exception of a few. Still, it's a tremendous work of love and, if you want to check them all out, it doesn't hurt to go to his pastebin.
