feat(dashboard): change the color of the current rollout step (#3526)

I feel that having the current (running) step in a orange color is misleading, as orange usually means warning. This commit changes the color to the `$argo-running-color`. Signed-off-by: Alejandro López Sánchez <[email protected]>
