add iAQ-core air quality sensor

Support for the iAQ-core sensor: https://ams.com/documents/20143/36005/iAQ-core_DS000334_1-00.pdf

• provides relative CO2 equivalents (ppm) and TVOC equivalents (ppb)
• I2C standard connection (fixed addr. 0x5a)
• adds about 650 bytes

FYI some months ago I sampled 5 Core C devices for free on the AMS website. Not sure if they still do that now.
