Make plugui more flexible

I would like to make plugui more flexible, so that eg different kinds of package managers. Ould be used. Furthermore it would be nice, if users could add own modules to provide own urls and screens. This. Ould be done pretty easily on the backend part, but the frontend worries me right now (there is just one core.html and all information shown has to be put in there.

Could we split this up?

I have now already done a first "demo" on how to make the backend routes more "flexible".
