refreshing graddle project up at 3 hours

hi csn someone help me ive restarted my pc 3 times and every time i try to build it with android studio it says Refreshing auro graddle project had it running about 3 hours every time and if the internet disconects it says i must configure my proxy ??

Your internet is slow? Try updating all the dependencies for the project

Okay ill check it and no my Internet Connection is 1.4 mb/s

@Dirkstaal Did you get 1.4mb/s on speedtest.net? Because 1.4mb/s total bandwidth is pretty slow
Also, did updating the dependedcies solve anything?
