Round the quota following to one user who inputed 10000MB and print 9.765625MB and not 10GB
Round the quota following to one user who inputed 10000MB and print 9.765625MB and not 10GB
These 3 units tests are : convert 23GB to 23GB, convert 10000MB to 10GB, return string type
