- CircleCI now uses Dynamic configuration to filter for modified files https://circleci.com/docs/using-dynamic-configuration/
- When manifests or chart file changes, additional workflow will be execute which will spin up minikube and try to apply manifests
- Fixed one issue found in customize for EE
