add checksum to files.

TODO:

• calc digest only for spdx formats
• add flag to cal digest
• checksum for jar
• checksum for packagejson
• checksum for gemspec
• checksum for python egg/whelel
• checksum for go binary
• add tests
• change docs(cli)
• check/update work in client-server mode
