Changes all product signup CTAs to be links to the main
deploy-uisignup form. The CTAs forward any tracking information (utm params, etc) into thedeploy-uisignup URL, where they can be recorded into Hubspot from there.There were a fair amount of signups that were not captured in Hubspot - likely because people were going directly to the
deploy-uisignup form anyway. So this removes all forms but that one, so we can be sure that everything gets captured in Hubspot in the future.The only remaining Hubspot forms are for the gated HIPAA guide, and for demo requests. Everything else will now go through
deploy-ui.
