Since this repository is technically a monorepo, we can install shared utility packages in the top-level
node_modulesdirectory, and use them in the individual child packages (rollup-plugin-invariantandts-invariant). This arrangement makes it easier to runnpm run buildandnpm testin the individual package directories, without having to installtypescriptas a temporary dev dependency, or running the commands from the top-level directory (which is slower).
