chore(docs-v2): remove blog and tutorial and update some styling (#17929

) * add superset logo and favicon, change styles to better match current docs, add prettierrc * change file types to mdx * Add simple superset dark mode freindly logo * clean up default pages - blog and tutorial docs Co-authored-by: Corbin Robb <[email protected]>
