Adding support to create deployment environments from asfyml file.
We are in process to setup trusted publisher to publish all Airflow artifacts to PyPI using github action developed by pypa https://github.com/pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish. As a best practice and good security it is recommended to use separate deployment environments to publish packages.
We have discussion in here to enable trusted publisher. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-24678
