What happened

located at:
org/apache/eventmesh/runtime/core/protocol/grpc/consumer/ConsumerManager.java line 93
analysis and explanation:
When this variable "consumerTable" is first initialized, it will be a dead cycle

How to reproduce

• git clone https://github.com/apache/eventmesh.git
• run class org.apache.eventmesh.starter.StartUp by standalone
• run class org.apache.eventmesh.grpc.sub.CloudEventsAsyncSubscribe
