chore(deps): bump yaml and husky

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [husky](https://github.com/typicode/husky). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `husky` from 4.3.8 to 8.0.3
