Corrects I/O connectors availability status in Beam Website.

* Many connectors that are not available have been incorrectly marked as available via x-lang.
* Connectors that are actually available should link to the corresponding SDK-specific wrappers.
* gcsio and s3io should not be identified as top level connectors (users should be using corresponding FileSystem implementations instead).
