[docs] Add breeze command option for WSL2

I'm using Windows WSL2 with Docker Desktop and I encountered this error. I added a command option to breeze command in the docs to bypass the error.

• Be sure to read the Airflow Coding style.
• Always keep your Pull Requests rebased, otherwise your build might fail due to changes not related to your commits.

There is another PR that attempts to solve it better: #33547 but yeah., for now we can merge it as workaround . Thanks for submitting it !
