Change latest redirection to stable one for microsoft azure -> google. #32945

The redirect point to latest (but we now have no latest only stable)

Read the Pull Request Guidelines for more information.
In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
In case of a new dependency, check compliance with the ASF 3rd Party License Policy.
In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in newsfragments.

I had to manually remove the stable path in apache/airflow-site@67afce3

#33149 should finally solve it. Plus it has better diagnostics, typing and you can run it per-provider.
