opus_chunkdecoder_enqueue() will exit early if buffer overflow could happen. Updated test files to detect enqueue failure and abort decoding process. fixes #5

OpusStreamDecoderWebAssembly module is now ready to be used and implemented into the demo. It's not implemented into the demo yet, but thedistfolder contains all of the files required to useOpusStreamDecoderin a standalone project.Eventually, I'd like to split
OpusStreamDecoderinto it's own project and include it into this repo as a submodule.closes #4
