Thanks for the PR. After a closer look, due to that we need the new features perfectionist 3.x provides, reverting to 2.x will break the existing usages. While I am sorry that #569 might be considered breaking, fixing it would break again for existing users. In that sense, I would prefer not to take this PR. If possible, please upgrade your Node.js, otherwise I guess you might need to stay on v3.23 or make a fork.
