💡 Background and solution

There are two inaccuracies in localization in #47705. This pull request was created to correct them.
Short "Sunday" in russian is "Вс" not "Вскр" and short "Saturday" is "Сб" not " Сбб".
Here is example of correct localization in moment.js: https://github.com/moment/moment/blob/develop/src/locale/ru.js#L81
