Fix drp pool issue where "autoexpand" is supposed to be passed implicitly when creating a standard mirror volume which is thin-provisioned.
* Add host-vdiskmap as gather_subset options Requires an objectname, so only added as gather_subset options, not included in "all" * Fix sanity failures Fixed the 5 white space violations and added the choices in documentation. * Remove whitespace Editing direct on web git hub, auto-indents, and seems the sanity checks are pedantic re blank lines with white space... hopefully 3rd time lucky!
