kubectl connection plugin mistakenly migrated here

The kubectl connection plugin should've pointed at the community.kubernetes collection, instead of this one.

So for this collection, we need to delete the kubectl.py plugin, as it shouldn't have been in here in the first place.

While looking into this I also found the oc.py plugin, not sure what that's used for but I don't think it was ever migrated into community.kubernetes... also not sure what the difference is between it and kubectl.
