This PR adds to the template a few targets to the Makefile for the following functions:

Additionally, it adds

  • Adds GitHub jobs for CI
  • Initial codespaces setup
  • README
    • Add CI badge
    • Reviewed structure
  • .gitignore
  • .pre-commit configuration
  • .juvix-yaml configuration
  • Demo Juvix App

Work missing on the CI side. WIP
