With the best intentions, I'm going to just merge this one as it's the only way to truly test. And it's just a .yml action that never existed before, by definition it may not cause regressions + it's working code from existing repo |

Only difference from Ankidroid is I made this one available on workflow_dispatch as well so I could manually trigger it post-installation to make sure it works
