Flag similarities

The CONTRIBUTING guide describes the guidelines we use to determine whether two countries have similar-enough flags to justify having the differences listed in their respective Flag similarity fields.

Over time, we've applied these guidelines to multiple pairs of flags, with the results listed below. A tick ✔️ indicates that the two flags are similar-enough; a cross ❌ indicates that they aren't.
