  1. Add map of Sicily

(Fix #72.)

  1. Make style of maps of Corsica and Sardinia more consistent

See #1.

I can relatively easily edit the maps if you feel that the panning or zooming could be improved. (The panning trivially, the zooming slightly less so.)
